The Traces Bracelet is crafted to order and requires approximately 2 weeks for production. You will receive a confirmation email once it is ready to ship.

At Shù Jewellery, each piece is made to order and crafted specifically for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

We are happy to offer an exchange or resizing if your piece does not fit correctly. To ensure your jewellery can be worn and enjoyed for years to come, initial ring resizing and repairs are offered free of charge. Customers are responsible only for the shipping to our studio.

London Personal Handover (Complimentary)

For our clients within Greater London UK, we offer a complimentary handover delivery. Your order will be personally delivered by the founder or a member of our studio - we would love to meet you in person.

Scheduling: Once your piece is ready, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Service Area: Available for most Greater London postcodes.

For deliveries outside of London or for those who prefer a standard courier:

Complimentary DHL Express on orders over £800.00.

International Shipping

For our global clients, shipping rates and duties will be calculated at checkout. Orders shipped outside of the UK are not subject to VAT.
