Shipping Policy

Each Shù Jewellery piece is made to order, with a crafting lead time of approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on the design. Once your piece is ready, you will receive a confirmation email before it begins its journey to you.

For our clients within Greater London UK, we offer a complimentary handover delivery. Your order will be personally delivered by the founder or a member of our studio - we would love to meet you in person.

Scheduling: Once your piece is ready, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Service Area: Available for most Greater London postcodes.

For deliveries outside of London or for those who prefer a standard courier:

UK delivery: next-business-day delivery once your piece is ready (£10.00).

​

UK Complimentary DHL Express on orders over £800.00.

​

International Complimentary DHL Express on orders over £1000.00.

​

International Shipping: For our global clients, shipping rates and duties will be calculated at checkout. Orders shipped outside of the UK are not subject to VAT.
